There are no pressure tactics, and they engender a strong sense of mutual respect with their customers, going out of their way to explain the issues and repairs. I especially appreciate not only being able to go back and view my vehicle while it is being serviced, but that the Team encourages the customer to do so. I have taken my vehicle to Advanced Team several times, and will continue to do so."

"Fred and his team are awesome. I had need for a mechanic to perform a major repair on my rare Cadillac. Fred's team performed the work in a timely and professional fashion.
