"These guys are great- I was having issues with an engine misfire, brought my car in unscheduled one morning and Fred was out front smiling and waving me in. The shop did a complementary 360 diagnostic, they pinpointed exactly what routine maintenance and tune up needs for my fixer upper was. My car is a 2001 Subaru Forester with high mileage and the thing purrs and now my engine is running great. I have had experience with another mechanic in town acting condescending about the work I was requesting on my car but not here - I think the customer service is excellent, I received an itemized receipt for the parts and labor which Fred reviewed with me when I went in to pick my car up and the shop also called me back in a timely manner with full a full diagnostic report and proposal and price that gave me a great value for the work which was done. I think they are very reasonable and plan to take my car back in the future to get the front struts done."
