"While on a work trip from AZ to NM, my jeep broke down on the highway due to overheating issues. Fred was very quick to get a tow out to pick me up and had my jeep ready to go early the next morning. Friendly and quick service. The only two minor qualms I have are—first, I had mentioned to Fred multiple times that the thermostat had been replaced within two months, and while I was not aware of it at the time, it was still under warranty. Had they checked with the part manufacturer, much of the repairs would have been covered. Luckily, my shop back home was able to get a rebate from the manufacturer for me, albeit not nearly as much as would have been covered had we gone that route to start. Second, and perhaps this was me not listening closely enough, but I was under the impression that there would be a discount on the tow if they did the work on the vehicle. The tow was $200 and I have roadside assistance on insurance so had it been more clear that I would pay that full $200, I would have waited for my insurance to send a tow. Great quick service, though I wish they would be a bit more vigilant about helping to save their customers a bit of money when possible."
