"I've been taking my vehicles - 2 creaky old Aerostars and a Grand Marquis - to Fred (and, earlier, his brother Rod) for 5 years. I know I can trust the whole gang, including Kathy and Cesar, to treat me right. The work is top-notch and done on time; they shop for new or used parts (my current Aerostar is a '93!) at the best prices; and Fred always helps me plan which service needs doing first and what can wait until the next paycheck.
