"IFred and his team have done it again! They've given our family stellar service on our vehicles time and time again. At times we needed it the most. We've been coming to Advanced Team Automotive for years, since just before they moved from Rio Rancho to Albuquerque.__This week, our family car died running after-school errands. It was 4:30pm on a Wednesday. I desperately needed my car back asap so hopefully I could pickup my kids from school the next day. Steering went out. Car died. Found a broken belt hanging under our car, with shards of what looked like a wheel or pulley attached....gosh....Looked like that was going to be an expensive fix...__We've used ATA for several years and our repeat business has been due to the fact that we can always count on them to fix our vehicles quickly and at a reasonable price. They have earned our trust and our business! This is what I love so much about them - when one of our vehicles goes in, it's usually for something specific. And our car ISN'T working. We run our vehicles super hard. Not only do they get our problem resolved in 24 hrs or less, but they also give us a heads up on what will be coming up for maintenance or issues. Before ATA, I was always searching for a mechanic that would be reasonably priced, honest, fair, and was also super knowledgeable.__I had our car towed to ATA that evening. Their customer service staff was super helpful, friendly and reassured me everything would be fine and gave me instructions on the drop off. They open at 8am the next day and we got a call just after they opened. By 9am, we had a diagnostic and were told that our repairs would be done by the early afternoon. And the quote made us breathe a sigh of relief that we went to ATA! Thank goodness! So if the price wasn't reason enough to be happy, we got a call just before noon saying our car was done and ready for pick up. What?!?!?!?!?__I can't recommend this company enough. This is why we still keep coming to them, even though they are almost 20 miles from where we live. This isn't the first time they've delivered amazing service - they've done it again and again. Same quality of work, price and customer service. They are the trifecta. It's important to be able to find a mechanic you can trust. We've found it with Advanced Team Automotive!"
