"I’ve had a great experience with Advanced Team Automotive. They did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our company van, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Fred was especially great to work with he was honest, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the repair. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with a work vehicle, and these guys definitely earned my confidence. "Fred gave me a diagnostic test. He had mentioned that my 2013 Murano needed a Rack and Pinion replacement. He noticed work had been done for that and suggested I take it back to who initially did the work (before I was referred to Advance). See if it was still on warranty. I called and they said the parts were covered but not labor. Fred then said to check the receipt, since it didn’t sound right. He was correct! Labor WAS included. They ended up replacing the rack and pinion, and honored the warranty. It was a $1900 job.
Fred could have said he could replace the r&p himself. I would not have known the difference.
I will be servicing all my vehicles with him. He didn’t have to be that honest.
