"Thomas__Advance Team Automotive really is the place to take your vehicle. Was greeted immediately with a hand shake and a smile. Fred spent a lot of time with me explaining what was wrong with my jeep. I couldnt fix everything that day Fred helped me come up with a plan on what to repair and what could wait. I know I was a tough customer, Fred and his team were very patient with me, Another shop may have asked me to leave. I got a lot of estiments for my repairs and he was without a doubt the most affordable shop. Advance team backs their work with a great warrintee. You wont find any shop that backs their work like Advance team automotive. I believe 100% every great review posted on this shop. This is the only place working on my cars. I don't think there is anything they cant handle. Give them a shot, you'll be a loyal customer, you wont regret it. I guarantee it. ;)"

"After looking into a shop to call my own. Did some research and from all the positive reviews decided to give them a shot, Took my nissan titan for a clunk noise from front of truck, and coolant leak, Shortly after dropping off i was notified promply with a diagnosis and price. The work required was completed the same day, and prices were unbeatable.I will be a return customer for life. Thanks so much, Laura."

"I have been bringing my vehicles to Fred at Advance Team Automotive for several years and have always had a positive experience. Fred is a highly qualified mechanic who adds the extra step of excellent customer service. He always greets me with a smile and honest work for a fair price. Fred and Kathy definitely go the extra mile in customer service from explaining the work they performed to providing me a ride home and picking me up when my car was done. I will not bring my car anywhere else."

"I rate Fred Rael and Advance Team Automotive first class in customer service and cost. I had an opportunity to compare quotes between ATA and a national chain care repair, ATA quoted HUNDREDS of dollars less. Even then I balked because of the age of my vehicle. "97". He then provided other alternatives, he had a another customer looking to buy a motor and mine was in great condition. I ultimately decide to have the repair completed. ATA completed repair and delivered vehicle as promised with no surprises when I paid the bill. I am extremely happy with the results.
In addition, some time later Fred saw me parked on side of road with my hood up and recognized me as a customer. He turned around to come back and offer assistance but I had resolved the very minor issue myself and had left. He was still concerned so he called me at home and on my cell phone, once he got to work, to check how things where. Now that's customer service!"
