"Although I have some knowledge on cars, even as a guy you are wary of those who try to con you or do repairs that aren't necessary. Or you get those mechanics which are unprofessional or don't know what they are doing. None of those apply to Fred and this shop. Fred took the time to answer all my questions after his initial evaluation of what needed to be done. He showed me the parts that he replaced. And also provided me information on the warranty for the parts that were replaced. The cost is about what I figured. The truck is fixed and no longer overheating and runs great. Him and the front office with Kathy were great and I would highly recommend this shop for trustworthy analysis and repairs."
